Levr
Public BetaLaunch App

Privacy Notice

Effective date: 4 September 2026

This notice describes the information collected through the Levr website, the public beta application and the early-access list, and how it is used.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Levr ("we", "us") operates the website at levr.money and the public beta application available at levr.money/app. Levr is an independent project building on Robinhood Chain. It is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Robinhood.

This notice explains what information we collect when you use the site or join the early-access list, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The public beta is a non-executable product preview: it does not hold funds, execute orders or request transactions; the only wallet signature it can ask for is an optional sign-in message.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three situations.

  • Early-access list. When you submit the form we store: your email address; your preferred first market; the page you submitted from; the referring URL and any UTM parameters present in the link you followed; your browser's user-agent string; the time of submission; the country our hosting provider infers from your IP address at the moment of submission (two-letter country code only); and a one-way hash of your IP address combined with a server-side secret. We do not store your raw IP address. If a wallet is connected at the time you submit, the connected address may be stored with your entry. Submitting again with the same email address updates that single entry (latest market, wallet address and country if they were missing, time of the latest submission) rather than creating a second one.
  • Profile. You can manage your entry at levr.money/profile. Signing in works through a one-time link emailed to the address on your entry, or by signing a Sign-In with Ethereum message with the wallet attached to it; we store the time of your last sign-in so that older links and signatures stop working. From the profile you can change your preferred market, attach or replace a wallet address (proven by signature; we store the address and the time it was verified), move your entry to a new email address (confirmed through a link sent to the new address) or delete the entry entirely. Sign-in emails are sent through a transactional email provider that receives your address and the message only.
  • Early-access points. Each entry receives a referral code and a points balance: points for joining, for attaching a wallet address, for clicking the share button (we record the click only; we do not access your X account or verify a post) for each new entry that joins through your referral link, and a smaller amount for each entry that joins through the link of someone you referred. The referral code of the person whose link you followed is stored with your entry. Points, referral counts and your referral code — or a shortened form of your wallet address when one is attached — appear on the public leaderboard. Email addresses never do.
  • Wallet connection. If you connect a wallet in the app we read your public address and current network so the interface can display them. The beta never requests a transaction or token approval. The one signature it may ask for is a plain-text Sign-In with Ethereum message, only when you choose to sign in or verify a wallet for your early-access profile. Connection state is kept in a first-party cookie so that a reload does not disconnect you.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) to operate and secure the service. These logs are retained by the provider for a limited period under its own terms.

3. How we use it

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. Joining the early-access list does not create an account, allocation or financial entitlement of any kind. Points and leaderboard position determine only the order in which we invite participants to testing phases; they are not a token, are not transferable, have no monetary value and may be adjusted or reset.

  • To contact you about early access and later testing phases of the product.
  • To understand which markets, participant types and regions are most represented so we can prioritise testnet listings. The team receives these as aggregate counts only, without email or wallet addresses.
  • To prevent abuse of the sign-up form (rate limiting, spam detection).
  • To operate, secure and debug the site.

4. Analytics and cookies

At the time of writing the site does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Product events (for example, that a market or expiry was selected) are recorded without your email address or wallet address. If we introduce an analytics provider we will update this notice first.

Cookies and local storage are used only for: wallet connection state, remembering that you have seen or dismissed the early-access prompt, remembering your own referral code so the leaderboard and forms can recognise your entry, a 30-day referral cookie set when you arrive through a referral link, a 30-day sign-in cookie set when you open a profile sign-in link (see Profile below), an optional interface-theme preference, and hosting-provider security. No cross-site tracking cookies are set.

5. Who we share it with

We do not share the early-access list with market makers, partners or any other third party for their own use.

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: the application is hosted on Vercel (United States) and the early-access list is stored in MongoDB Atlas (United States). Both act as processors under contract.
  • Reference market data shown in the app is fetched by our servers from Robinhood developer interfaces. Your personal information is not sent to Robinhood as part of these requests.
  • Authorities or other parties where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of users.

6. Retention

Early-access entries are kept until the early-access programme ends or you ask us to remove you, whichever is earlier. Hashed IP values are kept with the entry for abuse prevention. Hosting logs are retained by the provider for a limited period.

7. Your choices and rights

You can view, correct or delete your early-access entry yourself at levr.money/profile, or ask us to do so by emailing contact@levr.money from the address you registered with. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data-protection law, including the right to object to processing and to complain to a supervisory authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Disconnecting your wallet in the app clears the connection cookie. Clearing your browser storage removes the early-access prompt state.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. If you access the site from another jurisdiction, your information will be transferred to and processed there. Where required, we rely on standard contractual safeguards with our providers.

9. Children

The site is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the product develops. The effective date above will change when we do. Questions: contact@levr.money.
